Eu-China Business Dialogue
Today, China and the EU form the 2nd largest economic cooperation in the world. But despite the astonishing rate of growth of bilateral trade and investment European and Chinese business leaders rarely meet to discuss the challenges they face when trading with or investing in the other market. Discussions on strategic EU-China economic relations, such as the on-going negotiations for the bilateral investment treaty, take place between governmental officials, with limited business involvement at high level.
The EU-China Business Dialogue (EUCBD) aims at closing this gap, by bringing together a selected number of business leaders and government officials for a balanced and structured dialogue.
